Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are important to 2121, as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectively request at least 24-hour notice for cancelations and adjustments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed several times in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks ago.
• You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
• Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Product Refund Policy
We can not give refunds or exchanges on retail products.
Redo Policy
At 2121, we stand by our work. We promise to do everything that we can to make sure that you get exactly what you ask for. We cant gurantee that you will like what you have asked for, but we will do what you asked us to do.
If for some reason, you are unhappy with a service, we ask that you notify us with 7 days of your service to allow us to make the needed changes to your hair. Outside of the 7 days you will be charged for a new service.
If you are wanting something different then what was discussed during your consultation, that will result in a new service and not considered a redo.

How much does extensions cost?Extensions are completely custom to your specific needs and goals. The length and volume of your current hair, the length and amount of extensions needed, and time all go into the final cost. We have done extensions for $500 to several thousand. After you and your stylist have your free consultation, the price to create your look will be given then.

How long do extensions last?Depends on which application method you choose and how well you take care of them. We have had clients that have worn cold fusion extensions for over 6 months and hand tied for much longer.

Will anyone tell I have extensions?We are highly trained in not only applying the hair extensions but also blending them with your existing hair. This is where some less experienced stylists fail.

How much maintenance is involved?With cold fusion you just need to brush them. There is no maintenance. With hand tied and tapes you will need to come in to have them moved up after your existing hair grows longer.

What kind of hair do you use?We carry nothing but the finest quality of human hair that anyone offers. We do not carry anything synthetic or of poor quality.

How soon can I get them?Since they are custom to you, we do not have any hair extensions in stock. They are all special ordered and can be overnight shipped to us. Then it is just a matter of making the appointment.

How much does Laser Hair Removal Cost?The cost is different for everyone. It's different because everyones areas and hair growth is different. But, the more areas that you get laser hair removal on, the lower the total cost. Our team of consultants is dedicated to tailoring a treatment strategy to suit your specific requirements. How long does the procedure take?Usually a few minutes. Not hours. It typically takes longer for our guests to get undressed and dressed then it takes for the procedure to be done.

Who can get Laser Hair Removal?We offer a variety of laser types to treat a variety of skin types and complexions, including those with darker skin tones. So anyone can see fantastic results.

Does it hurt?No. We use the latest in laser technology to make sure all of our guests are more then comfortable during the procedure.

Is it cheaper to do more then one area?Yes! The more areas that you have treated, the cheaper the total cost will be.
